2. Description of Service

VideoHub.ai provides an AI-powered video and image generation platform. Our services include text-to-video, image-to-video, AI image generation, and product ad creation. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Credits and Billing

Our services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate content and are non-refundable. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Pro-rated refunds are available within the first 14 days of subscription.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your prompts and uploaded content. For generated content, you receive a license to use the content commercially (on paid plans) or non-commercially (on free plans). We reserve the right to use publicly shared content for platform promotion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited: deepfakes or impersonation without consent, sexually explicit content involving minors, content promoting violence or terrorism, content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

VideoHub.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your Settings page.
